General Info
His Big House Children’s Church is a non-profit Christian outreach ministry. The goal is to reach the children of Jacksonville, ages 5-18, that might not hear about Jesus otherwise. Currently we use one bus in order to pick kids up on Saturdays and bring them to All Souls Church. The bus arrives at 9:15 a.m. and the children are welcomed by enthusiastic volunteers. The children are then served a hot breakfast of rice, sausage, and waffles. After which, the children and volunteers engage in various games like, four square, jump rope and basketball. At 10 a.m. the children flood into the church, for worship and a Bible lesson. Then the children are divided into age groups and are taken to classes, where they can learn more about God. After the classes, everyone gathers outside to sing two final songs. Then the bus begins loading at 11:20 to return the children to their homes.
